Email SupportOpen the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → find MacroSnap → tap Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Open MacroSnap, go to the paywall screen, and tap "Restore" in the top right corner. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Tap "Fix Results" on the scan results screen to manually adjust calories and macros. For best results, make sure your food is well-lit and clearly visible in the photo.
Go to the Profile tab in the app → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This will permanently delete all your data. You can also email us at alexgasic@yahoo.com to request deletion.
Tap "Restore" on the paywall screen to restore your purchase. If the issue persists, email us at alexgasic@yahoo.com with your Apple ID and we'll resolve it promptly.
Food photos are sent to the Anthropic Claude API for AI-powered nutrition analysis. Photos are not stored on our servers beyond what is needed to process your request. See our Privacy Policy below for full details.

MacroSnap requests access to your device camera and photo library solely to allow you to photograph food for nutrition analysis. Photos are sent to the Anthropic Claude API to identify food items and estimate nutritional content. We do not store your photos on our servers beyond what is necessary to provide this feature.
MacroSnap is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at alexgasic@yahoo.com and we will delete it.
